Bathroom renovation

On Södermalm we rebuilt two bathrooms in the same apartment, both in large-format grey stone.
The larger room has a bath with a recessed, lit niche in the wall above it, the smaller a shower corner with brushed steel shelves.
The laundry is built in with a stacked washer and dryer, so the floor of the bathroom itself can be left clear.
The project is a bathroom renovation on Södermalm, carried out by Unikum Bygg in 2026. We carry out bathroom renovations across Stockholm, with a single point of responsibility from demolition to final inspection and licensed tradespeople for electrics, plumbing and tiling.
