In Djursholm we renovated every surface in a townhouse of about 130 m².
Waterborne underfloor heating went in first, then a solid timber floor in herringbone, groundwork that never shows but decides everything.
Two bathrooms were built from scratch, and the kitchen is kept white against a stone worktop.
The project is a turnkey contract in Djursholm, carried out by Unikum Bygg in 2025. In a turnkey contract, we take full responsibility for planning, coordination and execution, with one contact person throughout the project.
