On the ground floor of a house in Ålsten we fitted a new kitchen, laid herringbone parquet across the whole floor and installed waterborne underfloor heating.
The kitchen is built in a classic idiom with shaker fronts, a marble worktop and glazed display cabinets, letting the joinery take up room rather than hiding it.
A guest WC with a marble vanity and brass wall lights belongs to the same phase.
The project is a turnkey contract in Ålsten, carried out by Unikum Bygg in 2025. In a turnkey contract, we take full responsibility for planning, coordination and execution, with one contact person throughout the project.
